Required Qualifications
* 2 years previous kindergarten experience;
* Bachelor's Degree or above;
* Native English speakers:
* Clean criminal background;
* Certificate such as TESOL, TEFL Or CELTA a huge plus.

Main Responsibilities
* Worktime: Monday -Friday, 8:00-11:30;14:30-16:30
* Lesson planning according to teaching materials, and students' English level;
* Creating an environment to promote English interaction among Chinese students in the class;
* 0bserving and evaluating each student's behavior and
educational needs,and providing individualized instruction to each student as needed;
* Collaborating with other teachers, parents and administration and participating in regular meetings, seminars and trainings;
* Maximum teaching hours: 12.5 class hours per week / 2.5 class hours per day .(weekends off);
* Class size:between15-20;
* Class duration:30 minutes.

Salary and Benefits
*20000~25000RMB before tax (based on qualifications, including accommodation allowance)
