Kindergarten Foreign Lead Teacher Position

**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct English courses for students within the designated age groups.
2. Actively participate in essential school weekend events, with a maximum commitment of 2 times (payment included in the package).

**Position Details:**
- **Nursery (24-36 months old):
** Class size of 8-16 students.
- **Kindergarten (above 3 years old):
** Class size of 10-20 students.
- **Teaching Hours: 8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.
- **Location: Yinzhou district, Ningbo (Downtown, near the government).

**Job Requirements:**
1. Native English speaker from the UK, US, AUS, IRE, CAN.
2. Require a recommendation letter confirming at least two years of post-graduation kindergarten teaching experience with children aged 3 to 6. The letter must specify the exact start and end dates of employment . Additionally, the letter must be signed and stamped by the employer in accordance with the visa application requirements of the Ningbo Foreign Experts Affairs Bureau.
3. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education or Early Childhood.
4. Possess creativity, passion, attention to detail, and patience.

**Compensation Package:**
- **Basic Salary:** RMB 20,000 - 25,000 (before tax).
- **Monthly Bonus:** RMB 2,000 (before tax) based on monthly evaluation.
- **Yearly -end Bonus：** RMB 2,000 (before tax) per month, based on the number
of months worked, with a maximum of RMB 24,000 (before tax), to be paid at year-end.
- **English teaching salary:** RMB 2,000 (before tax) for 12 hours of English teaching per month outside KIDO working time. (if the target classes are not met, payment will be made proportionally)
- **Outstanding Performers Bonus: 1-2 weeks paid holiday
- ** Accommodation: RMB 2,000 (before tax) per month
- ** Meals: Working meals will be provided

Team building
At least 3 team building activities will be arranged per year
