• Curriculum Development and Instruction:
• Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum aligned with early childhood education
standards and the school's educational philosophy
• Plan and conduct daily lessons that are engaging,interactive,and developmentally appropriate for kindergarten students.
• Integrate various teaching methods,including play-based learning,storytelling,and hands-on
activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Classroom Management

Salary:pretax 20-25k

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license for early childhood education,as required by the state or region.
• Experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to effectively interact with
young children,parents,and colleagues.
• Patience,creativity,and a passion for teaching and working with young learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing classroom and
school needs.
