Ø About us, we has developed for 6 years since 2015. We have cooperated with 100 + foreign teachers together. Some of them have been working with us over 5 years.
Ø You will sign a legally contract with Jinan Rockies and be placed at kindergartens, in a range of locations across Jinan,Shandong province.
Work Loads
A. ESL teacher in the kindergarten.
Ø Teaching time is no more than 25 hours per week(About 4.5 - 5 hours per day). Working time is 10-15 hours per week. But you will teach in different groups or campus. (You won’t be required teaching in two campus in one day.)
Ø Working time: 8:30-11:00 & 14:30-18:00 (This is the contract working hours and workloads, the actual school schedule would be shorter)
Ø Classes size: 15-30 students
Ø Student age: 3-6.
Ø 15-30mins each class
Ø School provides curriculum
Ø Available to start Sept 2021
B. Main teacher in the international class.
Ø Teaching time is 10-15 hours per week. Working hours is no more than 20 hours per week. You will only work in one class but it doesn’t mean you are just an ESL teacher. You will be required to take care and organize kids to complete their plan in working time.
Ø Working time: 8:30-11:00 & 14:30-18:00 (This is the contract working hours and workloads, the actual school schedule would be shorter)
Ø Classes size: 15-22 students
Ø Student age: 3-6.
Ø 30-60mins each class
Ø School provides curriculum
Ø Available to start Sept 2021
Salaries and Benefits
Native:20-25K
Non-Native:15-20k
l 2 days off per week, not all at the weekend such as the unified overtime before public holidays.
l Same holidays as kindergarten. One or two months’ holiday each year.(Winter vocation will be on Chinese new year. Summer vocation will follow with your campus’ arrangement)
l Commercial or Accident insurance will be provided.
l Ongoing training depends on your working experience
l CNY 2000 per month as your accommodation’s allowance.

1. Free hotel accommodation during your first week(if we don’t find a fully furnished apartment before you come).
