Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development & Implementation

Design, plan, and prepare developmentally appropriate courses and parent-child activities for children aged 0-3, including learning environments, materials, texts, and resources.
Build strong relationships with infants/toddlers and their families, providing a supportive environment with responsive, respectful care.

Observation & Feedback

Observe children and parents during activities, providing verbal/written feedback.
Adjust activities based on children's progress and needs.
Guide parents by interpreting child behavior and offering parenting suggestions.

Assessment & Documentation

Conduct regular formative and summative course evaluations.
Maintain developmental portfolios for each child.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with co-teachers and foreign teachers to ensure course effectiveness and q
uality improvement.

Event Participation

Assist in planning and executing events (e.g., open days, festivals), taking initiative to up
hold the institution's brand and professionalism.

Professional Development

Attend training and seminars to stay updated on global early childhood education trends,
enhancing expertise.


Qualifications required:
1. English native speaker aged under 40
2. Any bachelor degree or higher
3. TEFL/TESL/CELTA is an advantage, but a must for those who can not provide reference letters to prove two years teaching experience
4. Healthy, and no criminal record
5. Good working attitude, Passion for teaching
