Salary and Benefits:
23000-25000RMB per month plus 2000 housing allowance;
Holidays: 3 weeks for winter holiday; 5 weeks for summer holiday; Half payment in winter and summer holidays;

Key Responsibilities:
1. Immersive English Instruction:
• Design and lead lively, age-appropriate, and child-centred English learning activities in alignment with the kindergarten’s curriculum.
• Integrate English naturally into daily routines such as morning exercises, meals, playtime, outdoor activities, and life skills practice.
• Focus on developing children’s listening and speaking skills, encouraging confident verbal expression.
2. Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
• Participate in creating the English teaching plan for the class/age group.
• Prepare weekly/daily lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Observe and record children’s language development and participation in activities.
• Conduct basic assessments and prepare monthly progress reports for each child.
3. Classroom Management:
• Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
• Attend to each child’s emotional and developmental needs with warmth and positive guidance.
• Apply effective and positive behaviour management strategies.
• Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing throughout the school day.
4. Team Collaboration:
• Maintain close communication and collaboration with Chinese head teachers, teaching assistants, and staff.
• Actively participate in staff training, teaching discussions, school meetings, and events such as Parent Open Day, graduation ceremonies, Play Festivals, Sports Day, and holiday celebrations.
5. Parent Communication:
• With the support of the school or Chinese teachers, engage in essential communication with parents (e.g., parent-teacher conferences, brief daily updates).
• Provide feedback on children’s progress in English learning.
6. Learning Environment Design:
• Help create an English-rich and educational classroom environment (e.g., English corners, themed walls).
7. Compliance:
• Comply with all laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
• Follow all school rules, safety protocols, and teaching standards.
• Respect and adhere to school hours and schedules.
