Degree of major in Education related and 2 years teaching experience with kindergarten are NECESSARY

Benefits:
Salary: 25000-30000 AFTER TAX
Yearly Contract Bonus: Foreign employees is entitled to receive contract bonus per academic year
Housing allowance: 4000-6000 Monthly
Flight allowance: Foreign staff is entitled to reimbursement of the cost for economy class air tickets within the standard of RMB 8000 before tax per academic year.
Relocation allowance: A hotel allowance is provided according to the new staff member's home base or last posting location.
Medical Insurance: Foreign staff is entitled to the social and medical insurance.
Education for Teachers' Children: The first child can have 100% remission on tuition fees.
Meal Allowance: Provides breakfast, lunch, snacks.
Health Examination: Once for per academic year.
Paid Leave: Teaching staff - School winter/summer vacation specified on the school calendar.
Training & Professional Development: Foreign staff is entitled to reimbursement the training fee within the standard RMB6000 involving learning program to continue self-development and growth.
Other Welfare: Holiday welfare

Qualification Requirements:
Native English Speaker: English is your first language; UK and USA teachers preferable
Bachelor degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred;
At least one year teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old;
Know some theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, culturally, responsive pedagogy;
Enjoy staying with kids;
Energetic,patient, responsible;
Excellent interpersonal& communication skill.

Your Job Duties
1. Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences;
2. Design coherent Instruction and engage students in learning;
3. Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
4. Create an environment of respect and support;
5. Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
6. Document students' learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
7. Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
8. A reliable resource for parents
