We are seeking a foreign teacher with at least two years of teaching/researching experience in English/education related field, who have previously worked in Chinese schools, and have a deep understanding of Chinese education system.
1. Teach English for children aged 3-6 years old and ensure the quality of instruction, develop and implement a developmentally appropriate preschool ESL program for young children.
2. Prepare weekly plans, and daily plans according to the requirements; supervise children and record their progress.
3. Teach kids English during the English class, outdoor activities time, etc.
4. Create individualized teaching plan for children with different age group and learning styles.
5. Participating in course development and textbook editing, and help kids develop good personalities and habits.
6. Establish and maintain a healthy and reciprocal relationship with families and member of the community.
7. Ability to organize holiday events and activities with assistant.
8. Be responsible and be patient with students, able to work under high stress work load.
9. Extrovert, love children and teaching, have good teacher's Ethics and professional ethics.

Job Qualifications:
10. English native speaker (American, Canadian Australian and British are preferred).
11. Bachelor's degree or above (BA in Early Childhood Education, TEFL or related fields, would be a huge plus), with teaching certificate is highly preferred.
12. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
13. At least two years of teaching experience, such as kindergarten.
14. Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
15. Deep understanding of Chinese culture and able to share cultural diversity with young children.
16. Continually improve teaching skills by seeking out constructive feedback and professional development opportunities. Keep learning new teaching methods and educational theories, build friendship and connections with other people, be honest remain integrity and professional.
