Job role: Kindergarten homeroom position
Location: Bao'an district, Shenzhen
Starting time: August 2025

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: 25-30K before tax inclusive of housing allowance, depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements:
- Native English Speaker
- Bachelor degree or above, relevant educational qualification
- At least one year teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old;
- Know some theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, foxfire, culturally responsive pedagogy ……
- Enjoy staying with kids;
- Energetic, patient, responsible;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
