Our English Head Teacher is one of the two lead teachers in our bilingual classrooms. You will work closely with our Chinese Head Teacher and other team members in managing a classroom with up to 20 children. You will stay in the classroom throughout the day, being responsible for providing a bilingual language immersion environment, designing and implementing lesson plans consistent with our curricula, mission and goals, assisting in setting up the classroom and other classroom management related issues.

Basic Qualifications:

- An English native speaker
- A bachelor's or above degree from a leading university in your home country;
- Major in early childhood education, children psychology or relevant fields preferred;
- A minimum of 3+ years of working experience in an early childhood education setting;
- The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, passionate about teaching and training, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and is a good team player.
- Must have ability to communicate orally and in writing.
