Position Snapshot
• Role: English Homeroom Teacher – lead one class of 25 students (ages 3–6)
• Contract: 1-year (renewable) | Start: 1 November 2025
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (40 hrs/week)
• Curriculum: inquiry-based, play-centered English immersion
Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly salary: 27,000–30,000 RMB gross (includes 800 RMB housing allowance)
• Probation: 2 months at full pay
• Paid holidays:
 – Winter break: 1 week – Summer break: 2 weeks – Christmas: 1 week
• Meal allowance provided daily
• Medical insurance (Chinese in-patient/out-patient plan)
• Flight reimbursement: 2,000 RMB domestic / 6,000 RMB international
• Work (Z) visa and residence permit fully sponsored
Requirements
1. Native English speaker
2. Age: under 42
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher (Early-Childhood Education preferred)
4. Minimum 2 years documented kindergarten teaching experience
5. Clean criminal background & health check for visa
