About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant international bilingual kindergarten in Shanghai. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the early development of young learners aged 4–6 years old.
What You'll Do
- Serve as lead teacher for one class, partnering with a Chinese co-teacher.
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and active learning environment.
- Maintain regular communication with parents through apps and conferences.
- Lead reading sessions, Friday activities, PE, and themed lessons on rotation.
- Participate in school events, activities, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Native English speaker
- Female candidate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Early Childhood Education preferred).
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification.
- Minimum 2 years' teaching experience with young learners preferred.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Competitive Salary: RMB 28,000 – 34,000/month (before tax).
