The Role – Kindergarten English Teacher (Class Teacher)
Location: Longhua District, Shenzhen (3-minute walk from Shenzhen North Station)
Students: 2–6 yrs | Class size: 24–30 | Classes: PN – K3 (assigned by Principal)
Subjects: Theme-based English, Phonics, Oral English, Story Reading & more
Work pattern: Mon–Fri 07:45–17:00 (occasional Saturday events: Open Days, Parent Meetings, Graduation)
What You’ll Do
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based English lessons that nurture bilingual minds.
• Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers to create a seamless English-Putonghua (Traditional & Simplified) learning environment.
• Observe, assess and document each child’s growth across knowledge, language, morality, emotion, social skills and physical development.
• Partner with parents to build a vibrant community of lifelong learners and future global citizens.
What You Bring
✓ Native-level English proficiency
✓ Bachelor’s degree (Education/Early Childhood preferred)
✓ Teaching license/credential or TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
✓ At least 2 years’ classroom experience with 2-6 year-olds
