Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Homeroom Teacher to join our international kindergarten in Tianjin Wuqing District. This is an excellent opportunity for educators passionate about early childhood education to make a meaningful impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach English to students aged 3-6 years old.
• Manage a class size of 25 students.
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development.
Working Schedule:
• Weekly Working Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday and Sunday work as required by the Chinese government).
• Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with a daily schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.
Salary and Benefits:
• Basic Salary: 22,000 RMB per month (pre-tax, including a housing allowance of 500 RMB).
• Probation Period: 2 months.
• Meal Allowance: Yes.
• Summer Holiday: Fully paid, 2 weeks in length.
• Winter Holiday: Fully paid, 1 week in length.
• Christmas Holiday: 1 week.
• Housing Allowance: Included in salary.
• Apartment: Not provided.
• Healthcare/Medical Insurance: Yes.
• Airfare Allowance: Domestic flight tickets (2,000 RMB) and international flight tickets (6,000 RMB).
• Yearly Vacation: All Chinese public holidays and Christmas holidays are provided.
