About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Teacher (Homeroom Teacher) to join our international kindergarten in the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen, China.
Requirements
• Nationality: British or American
• Experience: Proven experience working in an IB kindergarten setting
• Location Preference: Candidates currently based in China will be given priority
Salary & Benefits

Salary RMB 28,000 – 32,000 per month (before tax)
Housing Free furnished apartment OR monthly housing allowance of RMB 4,500
Winter Holiday Approx. 20 days — paid at 80% of salary
Summer Holiday 30–45 days — paid at 80% of salary
Contract Length 22 months
Insurance Commercial medical insurance provided
Child Tuition 70% discount for the first child
