Basic Information:
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:40 am to 4:20 pm
• Student Age: 3 to 6 years old
• Class Size: 25-30 students per class
• Campus Locations: Kangqiao and Pujiang Area, Pudong, Shanghai
Job Description:
• Design and implement a comprehensive teaching plan tailored for young children.
• Organize and utilize learning materials and resources effectively.
• Conduct a variety of engaging activities and instructional methods to inspire and develop children’s abilities.
• Foster a positive and active learning environment.
• Maintain open communication with parents and provide them with timely updates.
• Assess student performance and progress regularly.
• Participate in school-related activities and events.
Requirements:
• Native English Speaker.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Two years of previous teaching experience with young learners preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly salary range: 22,000 to 26,000 RMB (after tax), based on experience and qualifications.
