Job Summary

To provide administrative & secretarial support for the Executive Chef & Kitchen managers

Main Duties

• To manage and responsible of all department’s documentation (i.e.) control charts, kitchen associates files  
• Ensure the filing system in Executive Chef’s office is orderly maintained & kept secure
• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
• Attend all kitchen meeting to write minutes and distribute within 48 hours
• Maintains sufficient quantities of office supplies for kitchen needs
• Monitor all appointments, meeting, training schedule, to ensure that the due date is meet
• Maintains the copies of banquet event order cost sheets on a monthly basis
• Be familiar with the kitchen tools and material being use by kitchen staff

Job Requirement

• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Good spoken, written and reading ability in English
• Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
