Job Summary
To provide administrative & secretarial support for the Executive Chef & Kitchen managers
Main Duties
- To manage and responsible of all department’s documentation (i.e.) control charts, kitchen associates files
- Ensure the filing system in Executive Chef’s office is orderly maintained & kept secure
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
- Attend all kitchen meeting to write minutes and distribute within 48 hours
- Maintains sufficient quantities of office supplies for kitchen needs
- Monitor all appointments, meeting, training schedule, to ensure that the due date is meet
- Maintains the copies of banquet event order cost sheets on a monthly basis
- Be familiar with the kitchen tools and material being use by kitchen staff
Job Requirement
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Good spoken, written and reading ability in English
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
