Job Description
To make daily a thorough mis-en-place of all items featured on the menu.
? 每日食品备料。
? To help prepare orders according to standard established.
? 按照标准协助备货。
? To keep all the food items correctly stored.
? 正确储藏所有食品。
? To work closely with the Senior Cook.

? To keep the areas clean and tidy.
? 确保工作环境干净整洁。
? To follow and enforce hygiene and safety standards set by the Hotel and Food & Hygiene Department.

? To know the Hotel's fire and safety procedures and operation of kitchen and fire fighting equipment.
