Kitchen & Laundry Technician 

The Kitchen/Laundry Maintenance technician will manage and repair all LPG-supplied kitchen appliances, refrigeration equipment, and laundry equipment.

What you will be doing:

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment 
• Ensures environmentally friendly practices are followed when handling chemicals and refrigerants 
• Maintains and repairs all kitchen and laundry equipment and related appliances 
• Ensures the optimum performance of all kitchen and laundry equipment by effectively following the preventive maintenance and the shift readings programs 
• Maintain all kitchen and laundry shop drawings
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way 
• Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly service

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience is an asset
• Minimum 2 years experience as a service technician in the hospitality industry 
• Proficient in appliance and refrigeration repair and maintenance plus basic knowledge of one other building operations skill set 
• The ability to use all general repair tools read shop drawings and specifications and make rough estimates of required materials
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Highly responsible & reliable
