What you will be doing:

• Carries out the preventive maintenance and repair of refrigeration and package air conditioning equipment of the hotel.
• Ensures Preventive Maintenance program are carried out in accordance with schedule and set standards.
• Corrects immediately damage or defect observed in the machine and coordinates with operator for an immediate shutdown for repair purposes.
• Implement programmed preventive maintenance schedules.

• Graduate of a degree in Industrial Technology, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate and safety training is an advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience on the same capacity as kitchen mechanic in a luxury hotel.
• Background in electromechanical system of kitchen equipment's.
