MISION
It will be responsible for carrying out in a qualified, autonomous and responsible way, the preparation, dressing and presentation of dishes using the most suitable techniques.
Compliance at all times with the company's standards, current safety and hygiene standards and practices.
ESSENTIAL FEATURES
-Prepare, cook and present products for culinary use.
-Collaborate in the assembly, service and disassembly of firms.
-Check and control the material of use in the kitchen, communicating any incident in this regard.
-Collaborate in the planning of menus and letters.
-Collaborate in the management of costs and inventories, as well as in purchases
-Control and take care of the conservation and use of the products made available to you.
-Check the status of the cameras and temperatures.
-Date the Genres and make logical rotation.
-Ensure the hygienic state of the area.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Initiative and teamwork capacity.
· Accuracy, interest in details.
· Organizational skills.
· Be creative.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
1-2 years in similar position in Hotels of 4* and / or 5*, with knowledge of a la carte service or tasting menus in restaurants.
F.P. 2 degree in Kitchen Technician or similar.
Languages: Essential Spanish
