Kitchen Steward Supervisor
To carry out all duties within the Stewarding department and working closely with the culinary team.

What you will be doing:

• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• To wash and polish all operating equipment
• To distribute cleaned equipment to the correct location
• Store equipment correctly
• Assist with temperature checks of food stock
• Follow health and safety requirements at all times
• Work in a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Creative and passionate about hygiene standards
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player

Your team and working environment:

• Working as part of the culinary team
• Duties will be performed during the day, evening and weekends with occasional overnight work
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
