Job Description

Job Description: Client Onboarding provides comprehensive Know Your Client (KYC), New Account Opening and Client Static Data Management solutions within relevant DB systems for Global Markets and Corporate and Investment Banking business lines. Principal Duties: Manage the client on-boarding request, prepare full set up KYC package in terms of local rule and global policy, performing due diligence, KYC documentation collection and the risk assessment of the Client, liaising with the Business/Compliance, advising on KYC requirements for new client adoptions Manage New Client Adoption or Periodic Review stream, to ensure that all requests are completed & approved in accordance with regulatory requirements and the bank's internal policies Liaise with FO Business, Compliance, Credit officer and legal with reference to client documentation to expedite request as part of the end to end workflow. Coordinate and communicate actions / issues / progress with the GM and GB business line and their supporting team on current initiatives and open client requests. Assist COB team lead & Manager in carrying out projects Maintain AML/KYC policies to fulfill our jurisdiction's regulation Reviewing and approving KYC documentation Responsible for verification of client data & Ensuring accurate client data is capturing in Bank systems Update and maintenance of Key Operating and Desk Top procedure Coordinate Business contingency Management Fulfill reporting obligations as required Qualification & Skills Required : 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Anti Money Laundering (AML), KYC, compliance or legal related functions, preferably in the financial service industry in Taiwan Extensive knowledge and understanding of KYC regulations and practice in Taiwan (including FATCA etc ) Ability to interpret regulatory & guidelines and accessing risk scores Excellent problem solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and create recommendations Strong communication skills, partnering and organization skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Ability to work in a time sensitive & delivery focused environment Strong written and spoken English & Mandarin, can read traditional Chinese Bachelor degree
