Principal Responsibilities

• Define a desirable portfolio scenario with right tools & methodologies that, based on Market Development’s deliverables, transform the technical value proposition in a structured knowledge transfer process according with the business needs and audience (seniority)
• Assure the content coverage for Market Development Agronomists, Regional Marketing, Customer Marketing, Business Strategy and Sales organizations, as well as to the end users (growers / stakeholders)​
• Also, operational support for the Regional Learning Centers in México. Lead the content management across our organization assuring the placement of our Market Development knowledge transfer strategy
• Ensure operational excellence and Knowledge Transfer’s portfolio alignment with key internal & external stakeholders / speakers
• Lead frequent interactions with Market Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience Teams  to develop and use creative methodologies for the best-in-class Knowledge Transfer process
• Ensure that all training material and information pieces go through the required legal and regulatory review process​ Responsible to create a content guide accordingly the crop knowledge transfer cycle (regionally)
• Focal point of MD Governance process into each crop/country
• Lead the curatorship of each crop content and the correctly file host in the MD library

Principal Skills

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy., Administration, Communication, Journalism, Data Scientist and Marketing
• Advanced to fluent English and Spanish​ Ability to effectively communicate the activities(presentation and writing skills)
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projectsand requests
• Experience in teams’ support, negotiation and project management
• Strong relationships and connections to work with multifunctional teams
• Conflict management and navigate on the matrix structure (across brands and business)
