Responsibilities:

1. Provide accounting impact analysis related to IFRS 17 implementation

2. Provide accounting advice on insurance business

3. Facilitate workshops and regular communications with Client to collect business requirements

4. Turn business requirements into a clearly defined process

5. Produce process flows for current state and future state

6. Analysis of business processes and make recommendations for improvement

7. Identify and work to resolve problems and issues

Requirements:

1. 4+ proven experiences as business consultant or equivalent

2. Strong accounting knowledge

3. Good knowledge of insurance and financial service industry

4. Good knowledge of actuary and system implementation is a plus

5. Fluency in Korean and Chinese

6. Proficiency in MS Office

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

8. Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills

9. Aptitude in creative problem-solving
