Korean Client Support

Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Response to client request online or any other support timely by Email or online chat way in Korean to make sure high-quality feedback received from clients;
2. As the standard of the client service to figure out the issues from clients and deliver the best user experience;
3. Collect the request from the clients and could cross work with stakeholders like the product team or technical team;
4. Improve our SOP and fix the FAQ necessity as request;
5. Any other task assigned by the client support team leader.

Requirements:
1. At least 1 year custom support working experience and financial industry would be a plus;
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Could communicate commercially in Oral Korean and English and writing Email or reply to the messages in Korean and English fluently and have any Korean and English language certification would be a plus;
4. Kindly personality and warm-hearted and detail orientation;
5. Could handle multiple tasks in the high-pressure work status and keep a professional attitude and strong teamwork spirit would be a plus.
