Responsibility：

1.Grow and manage the Social Media Following such as Discord, Telegram and Instagram and Run Events and Contents on these channels.
2.Create ideas for Posts and Videos for the Audience
3.Optimize Visuals and SEO for News, Announcements and Blogs
4.Interact with the Community and create engagement
5.Build up relationship with KOLs with emails and other channels.
6.Manage day to day and longer term business development plan.
7.Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results.
8. Other work related.

1. 管理小语种市场社交媒体相关账号及平台（包括Discord、Telegram、Twitter、INS等）；
2.设计制作符合该市场的各种营销活动并协助制作相关海报；
3.提高视觉输出及SEO的效果；
4.配合SEO进行相关资料的翻译（英翻译为其他小语种语言）及发布工作；
5.与行业Kols（关键意见领袖）建立良好的联系，并达成合作；
6.指定商务拓展计划并执行；
7.分析行业竞争对手并且掌握公司独有竞争优势；
8.其他与市场及商务拓展相关工作。



Job Requipment：
1.Native in Korean.
2.Fluent in English.
3.Hard working and quick learning with ability to work under pressure.
4.A high degree of maturity, commitment, and patience.
5.With strong people skills, decision-making abilities and good business sense.
6.Interested in andf familiar with overseas social media management.
7.Demonstrated ability to contact KOLs with over hundreds of emails every day.
8.Interest and experience in Fintech, blockchain &Startups is a large plus"

7.有商务拓展或Kols合作经验优先；
8.互联网有相关经验或者兴趣者优先。
