Responsibilities:
• Direct sales to the Korean community
• Prospect for corporate agreements with Korean companies
• Develop strategies to target the Korean market (advertising, events, strategic partners, etc)
• Maintain a presence across all social media and other on-line platforms popular with the Korean community (eg wechat, blogs, coffee shops)
• Maintain a School blog
• Market research to keep abreast of how School is viewed within the Korean market
• Liaise with korean recruitment agents and investigate more partners
• Organize Korean community events
• Translations
• Support the Marketing Manager and branding
• Other tasks as assigned by Principal and the Marketing Director

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Native Korean speaker OR very high level of Korean and links to the Korean community (eg Korean partner, experience working for large Korean company)
• Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
• Proven teamwork and negotiation skills
• Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
• Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand
• Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure
• Uses evidence to support arguments or positions taken
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient communicator both oral and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Affinity with and interest in education
