Primary Responsibilities主要职责

  • Plan and manage the personal development of all levels of associates within the outlet to include induction, training, coaching, counseling and regular appraisals of these associates.
  • Interact in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience.
  • Support operations and assist in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
  • Completes weekly restaurant inspection; checks overall restaurant appearance, the repair of its fixtures, fittings and operating equipment, initiates maintenance request as necessary.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

  • More than 3 years international hotel five-star hotel food service industry management working experience, with strong store provided practical experience.
  • A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

 

  • 3年以上国际酒店五星级酒店餐饮服务行业管理工作经验,具有较强的店务实操经验。
  • 充分了解餐饮部门管理运作、目标、市场运作和销售。
  • 优秀的英文听说读写能力。
