Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Stock food items neat in shelves and fridges.
• Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
• Assist in cleansing utensils and equipment.
• Work accordingly to standard recipes.
• Follow hotel rules and regulations at all times.

• 把食品整齐摆放在货架上和冰箱内。
• 保持本部门工作场地干净、整齐。
• 协助清洗设备及用具。 
• 根据标准的烹饪方法在制作。
• 遵守饭店的规章制度。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Minimum of 3 years five star hotel kitchen working experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.

• 必须有3年以上酒店餐饮部门餐厨房经验经验，奢华酒店尤佳
• 优秀的英文听说读写能力
• 积极主动并具有团队精神
