Job Description
Our Learning & Development department provides comprehensive programs for staff members to ensure their career development and maintain our quality service.

This role is responsible to build a culture of learning and development in the growing teams in KPMG Delivery Centre, to drive increased capability in skills, competencies and support the organisation and people development. The incumbent is responsible for soft skill learning event such as new employee Orientation, Communication Skills and other non-technical skill programs. (S)he will partnership with the management teams of KDC and Guangzhou L&D in identifying learning needs, designing, delivering and evaluating learning events for general support staff up to assistant manager grades.(S)he also needs to manage the learning administration and operations, such as programme enrolments, qualifications and other L&D logistics arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Support L&D managers / senior managers to identify learning needs, design learning experience and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the learning events
  • Facilitate and deliver learning events to assistant manager and below, covering monthly orientation, communication skills and service quality program as required
  • Provide input to program managers to improve the effectiveness of learning events by understanding the business needs and feedback from the participants
  • Manage administrative staff performance to ensure efficient and effective logistic arrangement for the qualifications and the learning events
  • Plan and execute local learning events

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of L&D experience in relevant learning facilitation or presentation experience
  • Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally stakeholders
  • Open-minded and understanding of the service centre business, operations and goals
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and passionate for developing people
  • Mature and possess a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to solve problem flexibly and work well under pressure
