ROLE
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the IB Academy Head to run the IB Academy, working towards the objective of developing the multi-skilled bankers of tomorrow
Management and organisation of the training programs and seminars, coordinating with Business lines, the training service providers, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, communication team, and the IB population
Implement and manage analysis of data (quantitative and qualitative) to produces support presentations in reporting to Management. Ensure implementation and accurate monitoring the KPIs of the IB Academy
Proactively Monitor the budget of the IB Academy
Actively Participate to the implementation and deployment of the IB academy communication strategy towards all stakeholders
Maintain the network with the local HR teams of EMEA to enrich the local training program and ensure the transfer of knowledge across EMEA
IB Officer will consolidate best practices from the field and proactively suggest improvements
TRAININGS
MANAGEMENT
Take charge of the organisation of the Analyst 1, Analyst 2 and Analyst 3 / Associate 1 trainings (or other relevant training to the population), in strong relationships with the Louveciennes campus, L&D teams and the Communication team to ensuring streamline logistic and efficient coordination of stakeholders.
Manage the relation with the L&D team to organize all the trainings within our scope, coordinating with the training providers, aligning with the agenda of the IB Population and accounting for the list of participants from the different Business lines.
Coordinate with the L&D team to proactively ensure regular updates of existing courses and integration of the new courses on the relevant training platforms
GOVERNANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure production of the data (quantitative and qualitative) from the L&D teams and analyse the KPIs regularly on a per module basis and business line basis to measure the performance of each training program within the scope and the IB Academy as an entity. Participate to monitoring tool in deployment and developments.
Monitor the budget and invoices for external suppliers in coordination with L&D team and refer to IB Academy Head when needed
Proactively coordinate with Head of L&D Global Banking EMEA and IB Academy Head to perform market analysis for IB skills and propose training programs along with potential training service providers
Organise and prepare the materials presented to the IB Academy Syndication Boards, take the minute of the meeting and ensures the follow-up of actions
Ensure community animation through establishing and organising ad hoc forum with HR local geographies to ensure a good sharing of the information related to the IB Academy.
Coordinates with key stakeholders in order to implement the communication strategy, handle the necessary content and its deployment on adequate platforms
PROFILE:
Fluent in English, French is a plus
Project Management skills – structured and organised approach
At ease with Microsoft suite including SharePoint and other Business Intelligence & dashboard software
Knowledge on Global Banking would be a plus
Coordination Organisation and communication skills
Multi-tasking: structured and organized approach to handling projects
Team spirit, collaborative and inclusive way of working
Autonomous and pro active
The position will require regular travels and stays in France
