#### Position Description:


The L1 Helpdesk Specialist will operate on our sales systems and support
Lenovo sales or partners by:
• Handling emails, phone calls & live chats on related sales systems
• Creating Helpdesk cases and assigning them to owners (to meet First Call
Resolution targets)
• Guiding users in system access & navigation, deal registrations, bids
• Resolving issues in cases within time-to-close targets
• Raising IT tickets, if needed, for next level resolution
• Preparing reports, charts, and other statistics to support sales
• Satisfying/Delighting customer in their Helpdesk experience

Build & Share expertise
• Sharing new issues and case resolutions
• Proving feedback for further improvements
• Proposing process changes to improve efficiency

Project participation
• Supporting system enhancements by testing functionalities,
developing/delivering training and executing deployment

#### Position Requirements:


• Proven track record in similar role
• Strong communications skills and ability to work cross-departments
• Customer facing skills, both by phone and e-mail
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures.

Language Requirements:
• Fluent English & other language would be advantageous

Technical Skills:
• Experience with Sales processes and back office administration- nice to have
• experience with CRM /Sales Force / Dynamics 365 sales systems- nice to have

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
