Your tasks and responsibilities: · The LAM CRM Controller is responsible at LAM level for HBA planning & performance analysis and guidance covering product, marketing and operational aspects that impact short and long term business top line · Your key responsibilities will be: Supports Top line strategy based on volume, margin and investments Supports all CRM related processes (eg. Pricing, budget, forecast); Responsible for analyzing and evaluating trends in the data and Product specific Report Analysis Supports top line MTA/MBR and monthly FC – provide guidance, consolidation and review PRF Escalations & Analysis Base Costs / Transfer Prices Analysis & discussion with HQ Positioning Strategy and Tactics with CS Responsible for sales margin planning, controlling & forecasting Marketing and Sales support and ad hoc analysis Supports the business execution process, from funnel to backlog execution Support Marcom budget definition and DEMO strategy/controlling Escalation contact for Orders and Revenue matters for the Business Area Your qualifications and experience: Degree in accounting, economic or administration English required.
