Job Description
Position Description:
Lenovo Latin America Spanish (LAS) Services Operations Project Manager will be
responsible for strategic Project Management Office & improvement initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will be a leader who can build strategic initiatives also
support the execution in collaboration with all the service towers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Represent LAS services at WW level for BMS Business Transformation (BT)
• Propose and execute initiatives to improve services operations indexes
across LAS services organization
• Lead project management to support of cross-tower initiatives aligned with
services strategy (cost reduction, operational efficiency and CX improvement)
• Establish monthly BMS to control project´s deployment
• Be an influential leader to facility the implementation of strategic
initiatives that involve different teams (break silos)
• Drive initiatives to decrease annual spend on Services Operations budget
• Define BT strategy to assure the development and maintenance of operational
dashboards, RPA, and system support
• Be a leader to ensure proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty,
dealership and business office requirements
#### Position Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, IT Services or Service
Delivery.
• Proven ability to support and deliver IT Services business with hands-on
experience and deep knowledge of Project Management and Service Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of operations and support processes, which includes:
o knowledge of warranty service process and policies
o Principles and processes for providing customer services
o Call center support flow and case agent management
o Knowledge of CRM flow related with service support
o Understanding of financial statements, NBMC accruable & non accruable spend
• PMP certification
• Proficient English and Spanish
