Job Description
Position Description:
• Represent LAS services at WW level for BMS Business Transformation (BT)
• Propose and execute initiatives to improve services operations
• Lead project management to support of cross-tower initiatives aligned with
services strategy (cost reduction, operational efficiency and CX improvement)
• Establish monthly BMS to control project´s deployment
• Be an influential leader to facility the implementation of strategic
initiatives that involve different teams (break silos)
• Drive initiatives to decrease annual spend on Services Operations budget
• Ensure all WW initiatives are deployed in the region according to
requirements and timely.
• Work with WW teams to identify projects needed in LAS region and work with
them an different local owners to ensure appropriate deploy.
#### Position Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, IT Services or Service
Delivery.
• Proven ability to support and deliver IT Services business with hands-on
experience and deep knowledge of Project Management and Service Management.
• Advanced English level (B2)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of operations and support services processes
• PMP certification
