PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Support the LATAM Area Financial Planning Manager in all activities related to Plan and LRP cycles, leading Balance Sheet, DSO, Headcount, and other reports. Responsible for business partnering with the Oncology and Specialty Care (includes Botox Tx and Eye Care) Commercial Directors. Provide the AREA FD and Area Management Team (AMT) with high quality financial analysis in his/her fields of responsibility. Responsibilities include: Financial Planning Cycles – Plan / LRP: Prepare guidance, templates, and calendar in alignment with GMCO, GCF and Area LATAM Management. Actively support Affiliates throughout the process. Identify KPIs to be specifically monitored during the reviews and prepare customized analysis in accordance. Active participation in the reviews, analysis consolidation, submission (numbers / reports / book) and communications at AREA level to GCF. Partner with Area FP&A Manager, Area FD and Area VP in the elaboration of the Area book. Ensure follow-up with GCF on all questions and supplemental information required post Area review. Financial Planning & Analysis – Monthly Reports Review the affiliates headcount quarterly report, reconcile, liaise with Affiliates to gather meaningful comments, and report the HQ analysis. Lead LATAM DSO Process: Responsible to coordinate with FSS, collect and review the DSO + Balance Sheet monthly reports, partner with Affiliates FDs to gather meaningful comments, to provide comprehensive consolidated overview to the AREA FD. ADS reconciliation commentary reports to GMCO. BPC oversight and support: As LATAM’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BPC, responsible for working directly with GCF to coordinate all testing activities required from LATAM perimeter and provide comprehensive feedback after each major planning cycle. Finance Business Partnership: As Business Partner to the Area Oncology and Specialty Care (includes Botox Tx and Eye Care) Commercial Directors, ensure key strategic projects managed by the Area are properly funded and timely executed. Provide financial support for the preparation of Oncology and Specialty Care (includes Botox Tx and Eye Care) section of PLN + LRP books, as well as for the in-depth review by GMCO. Ensure Commercial Models clearly reflect all assumptions agreed upon during the reviews held with Area VP. Provide financial analysis, monthly sales reports and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies. REPORTS TO: LATAM Area Financial Planning Manager Effectively manage relationships and communications with key customers such as Global HQ teams, Affiliates FP&A community. Topics such as DSO will be handled directly with the Area FD. Qualifications EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Financial/Accounting – essential. 5-10 years of experience in finance/accounting with evident success, preferably gained in a Healthcare company or FMCG. Candidate should have a business partner mindset and prior experience working with commercial teams. Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to non-financial audiences. Strong interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Fully fluent in English (written, oral and reading skills) are a priority. Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take the initiative on relevant issues. Systems experience across SAP, HFM, BPC and TM1 preferred. Advanced Excel advanced skills are a priority.
