Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
  1. Signing new business in its responsible area, achieving the New signing KPI including signing numbers and volume of monthly and yearly;
  2. Maintain existing business to improve the customer satisfaction, build more better relationship and getting more recommendation from the existing customer people; Keep above 98% customer retention;
  3. Working closely with other business supporting team including CT, Marketing, and others to improve Air Products LB business development, Strengthen our marketing share and position in each industry Segment;
  4. Responsible for DSO for all the customer, achieving the DSO monthly KPI, control the customer risk make sure the customer payment is healthy;
  5. Working with CE, DT and CSR to improve the operation efficiency, reduce our delivery cost and so on.
  6.  Responsible for ME for all the business, achieve ME KPI target by yearly including MTOP, CTS charge, Engineering charge, Equipment selling, additional Service charge…
  7. Responsible for contract management, execute the contract pricing formula, MTOP, renew contract and including all the requirement of the contract;
  8. Driving the LB Price strategy of NAP, Achieve the Price increment KPI target,     
  9. Achieve field sales other KPI target.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  1. Integrity, Believe yourself, Working on the pressure;
  2. Education:  Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
  3. Experience: 3+ years experience
  4. Language: Working English
  5. Integrity/Passion to be the best in the industry/Innovation/Demonstrate Courage
