Roles:

• To closely work with Supply Chain, GP and Plant team to manage the material and production planning to ensure plant on time delivery demand volume in full so as to support sales
• Also be responsible for co-packing production and material planning
• Support company innovation projects and Initiate Productivity projects to reduce Material Inventory
• SAP system master data maintenance to support business planning

Accountabilities:
- According to AOP and Rolling FCST, to plan long term raw material and PKG material to ensure supply
- Provide guidance and properly set inventory policy to properly manage raw material and PKG material inventory days in all manufacturing sites and minimize the write-off risk.
- Support innovation projects, promotion, discontinuation, packaging upgrading and others
- Manage the co-packers to ensure both material supply and Finished Goods on-time delivery in full
- Closely work with Supply Chain and all Plants to optimize Production Scheduling and production flexibility to improve plant efficiency
- SAP Data Owner to support new SKU/Line and related BOM, PP master data setup, including understanding on how the data impacts business processes, understanding/definition on data standard, compliance with predefined standards and identifying data quality opportunities, etc.
- Understand S&OP process and commercial planning for career development
- Build the organization capability and develop a solid planning team to support the business growth
- Provide coaching/training and knowledge transfer to build talent

Requirements:

• Bachelor or MBA
• 10 years experience in international FMCG Company
• Experience in Supply Chain planning, Production planning or Material Planning
• SAP expertise and knowing PepsiCo Critical Process control
• Be familiar with Production Process of PC and Non PC, or other food production process
• Good communication and influence skill
• Good problem solving and decision making
• Stress management and change management
• Result oriented
• Fluent in English writing and oral
• Good at Office software
