88JOBS is recruiting a SENIOR LEVEL ARTIST to join a very famous video game studio in Shanghai.

• 创建，编辑并优化逼真3D环境
• 参考摄影概念创建结构
• 与设计团队合作
• 提出艺术建议

• Create realistic 3D environments, edit and optimize them
  
• Create structures from photographic references and concepts
• Work in collaboration with the design team
• Provide artistic advice

• 5年以上相关工作经验
• 精通3D环境特征和等级创建的理论和操作：Maya或3DSMax
• 从视觉，生产和技术角度找到解决方案
• 强烈的场景构图感：灯光，色彩和细节
• 物质和PS知识
• 有主动性和积极性
• 有很强的计划意识

• Experience of 5 years or more
• Strong technical understanding of environment asset and level creation in 3D : Maya or 3DSMax
• Ability to find solutions from a visual, productive and technical point of view
• Strong sense of scene composition : lighting, colour and detail
• Knowledge of Substance and Photoshop
• Intiative and motivation
• Strong planning and prioritization skills
