Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Candidates with Mainland background or exposure preferred
• Some relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing would be an advantage
• Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Strong initiative and customer orientation
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of serviced apartments, in particular targeting at Mainlanders
• Build good relationship with tenants through providing quality services
• Conduct market research and analysis on serviced apartment market

(IANG fresh graduates are welcome.)
