  • Fashion retail chain of multi-brands
  • International fashion brands from US & Europe of middle and middle-to-high end price range
  • Retail : over 200 retail stores in China
  • We are looking for LEASING MANAGER (station Shanghai) – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • 負責租賃相關工作，包括開發品牌商店，議價，轉租以及租賃管理；
  • 進行市場研究，分析市場信息，並建議新的潛在業務擴展地點，並收集最新的市場租金以供參考；
  • 業主，房地產開發商和代理商保持聯絡並保持良好關係；
  • 進行租賃管理，包括準備租賃預算，報告，相關分析和審查租賃協議；
  • 協助裝修工程，維修和恢復工程的管理；
  • 業主，租戶和房地產經紀人保持緊密聯繫。
  • 本科 (房地產/物業管理/工商管理或其他相關學科);
  • 具有5年以上的相關經驗，具零售行業經驗;
  • 熟悉業主，租賃法和一般租賃程序;
  • 注重細節，享受與外部各方的工作和談判;
  • 良好的人際交往，溝通和談判能力;
  • 良好的中，英文讀寫能力;
  • 熟練掌握MS Office和中文文字處理.
