Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Surveying
• 3 years' relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and good team player
• Proven English proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Leasing and marketing of shopping malls
• Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Leasing Officer – Shopping Mall.)
