Responsibilities
Renesola has set up local sales and operation team in more than 10 countries around the world, continuously developed new products series for the key customers including installers / EPC / Project, etc.
As product development is a key project for our LED business Renesola is willing to hire a Sourcing Manager with experience in OEM/ODM in order to achieve cost control and process optimization.

His/her key tasks will be:

1.Develop OEM/ODM developer plan based on the product development strategy;
2.Screening and assessment of OEM/ODM supplier, be in charge of the negotiations related with products price and contract, implement allocation of resource based on the business requirements;
3.Implement and improve OEM/ODM assessment system, develop cost control strategy to achieve optimal allocation of resource;
4.Communicate regularly with overseas business dept., product dept., inquiry sourcing team, technology dept., and ensure a clear and regular communication between supplier and sales;
5.Assist business dept.to make sure that the important or large amount of orders are delivered;
6.Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements
1.4+ year university degree;
2.5+ years’ experience sourcing and developing in MNC, especially in international brand company;
3.3+ years’ experience leading resource management;
4.Has been in charge of 5M$+ annual projects negotiations;
5.Strategic vision, data-driven, excellent negotiation kills;
6.Experience in project management, quality management, etc., other complex experience preferred;
7.Fluency in spoken and written English.
