RESPONSIBILITIES

职责

• Responsible for the electronic design of LED products, mainly focus on the lamps and luminaire’s electronic parts, driver projects as well
• 负责了灯泡和灯具的电子设计，也包括单独的驱动项目。
• Responsible for each projects’ make DFEMA file。
• 负责新项目电子DFEMA文件的制作。
• Work with Development Quality team to define & perform the release test of electronic design. And responsible for each projects’ make DFEMA file
• 与研发质量部合作电子部分的测试。
• Support the failure analysis which is related to electronic part no matter it is in new project or from field return
• 支持质量部门的电子部分的失效分析。
• Responsible for technical feasibility study (product system design) of the new products are requested by Product Marketing team.
• 负责市场部要求的新产品的技术可行性研究(产品系统设计)
• Responsible for evaluate the technical solutions & review the products’ electronic design provided by ODM/OEM suppliers in NPI projects.
• 负责评估提供ODM / OEM供应商提供的电子解决方案和评估产品设计
• Responsible for finalize & sign off relevant technical documents, like the new product specification & BOM etc. with ODM/OEM suppliers.
• 负责与供应商完成和签署相关技术文件,如产品规格书和BOM清单。
• Support Sourcing team to evaluate the supplier quotation from the technical point of view.
• 支持采购团队评估供应商报价
• Support on the technical analysis & design improvement for the field quality issues.
• 支持技术分析和设计改进的质量问题

REQUIREMENTS

要求

• More than 5 years’ work experience on product development role in LED lighting industry.
• LED照明行业里超过5年的产品开发经验
• Electronic design experience.
• 电子设计经验
• Bachelor degree or above on Electronic Major
• 工程学本科以上
• Can work independently with less supervision
• 可独立工作
• Strong ability to work with cross functional team
• 优秀的团队协作能力
