THE COMPANY :
- Japanese owned manufacturing and trading company
- Design, develop and manufacture a wide varieties of products using different materials
- We specialized in : material development, producing a wide variety of products based on the characteristics of different materials.
- Main products : stationery, gadget accessories, gift & premium products
- R&D offices : Japan & Hong Kong
- Factories : Japan & Vietnam
- We are looking for LEGAL EXECUTIVE – patent & design (intellectual property) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Prepare and draft documentation for patents & design applications
- Providing technical and administrative support in the prosecution and filing of Patent and Design applications overseas
- Experience in patent or design applications
- Relevant experience in handling design or patent cases is required
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
- Able to work independently
- Experience as in-house IP or professional firms
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
- 5 days work
- OT allowance
- Annual leave : 9 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefit
- Office location : Lai Chi Kok
