We are currently looking for a LEGAL SPECIALIST

Job description

The suitable candidate will be working for the different companies in our group which have various offices being active in multiple industries.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

1. Preparing, reviewing and managing all agreements especially contracts in the trade industry and sports industry. Monitor and advice on corporate structure and relevant laws, compliance and regulations for all our activities;

2. Provide legal assistance and guidance on operations, organizational and administrative matters;

3. Conduct due diligence and prepare reports;

4. Manage signed contracts;

5. Analyze and report legal risks;

6. Other duties and responsibilities

Location

Based in Shenzhen, travel frequently to in Hong Kong and Qingdao, travel sometimes abroad.

Requirements

1. Bachelor and above degree in Law, master degree preferred;

2. Study or work experience abroad preferred;

3. Experienced in corporate law in a law firm or similar role in a international company;

4. Experienced in contract law;

5. 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar function;

6. Fluent in Chinese and English both spoken and written;

7. Skilled in interpersonal communication;

8. Confident, articulate and commercially minded;

9. Knowledge of International corporate law and/or tax law preferred;

10. Affinity with international business and sports (football).
