1. produce the design concept independently; also responsible for negotiating with customers and elaborated the design concept to our customers, and finally close the deal;

2. fully develop the potential of the department’s creative ability and creative efficiency;

3. responsible for the coordination, solving design problems;

qualifications:
1. design class professional(lighting design, architectural, interior design) graduate degree or above;
2. engaged in more than one years of experience in the design, with good color and design sense;
3. strong design skills and communication skills, master the decorative design of a variety of skills, the creativity and depth of understanding of the design;
4. strong copywriting and understanding of creative.
5. able to manage project process, specifications and design trends, the acceptance of design specifications and drawings;
6. with good organizational skills and team spirit;
7. have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
8. strong desire in creative, unique creative ideas and strong performer;
9. has a good work ethic; proactive service with a high sense of responsibility;
