1.Arrange import/export shipment with international forwarders, prepare import/export documents and make customs clearance by brokers, tracking and feedback for urgent shipment if necessary.

2.Maintain and check import/export business database regarding to shipment information, custom duty, freight cost etc.

3.Apply for import/export related certificate, license and permission such as CCC certificate and Certificate of Origin. 4.Support HS code pre-classification project, collect basic information.

5.Import/export documentation and archiving, support ICS to make selfcheck and improvement accordingly.

6.Apply bonded material handbook from Customs and Business Commission, following the usage & cancellation. 7.Freight cost checking, support supervisor to make analysis.

8.International transportation insurance claim.

9.Seriously implement position operational rules, ensure product meet safety requirements based on national and local related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and FLC's procedures.

10.Study well on operational instruction for own post. Follow the EHS related requirement, classify rubbish well. Do well in 5S and reduce 7 wastes. Live up to 3 NO HARM: Not to harm self, Not to harm others, Not to be harmed.

Requirement:

1.Familiar with international trading principle & practice, rich import & export knowledge and experience.

2.Above 3 years Import&Export related work experience in Manufacturing company.

3.Has strong communication skill with people has diffenert culture background.

4.Has strong coordinate skill.
