Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Trading pharmaceutical products between China, India, South East Asia, the Middle-East and South America.
- We are looking for LOGISTICS ASSISTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform coordination with our logistics teams in various locations throughout Asia as well as provide core administrative support to the business.
- To organize the timely arrangement and distribution of goods and manage entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction
- Strategically planning, processing and managing logistics, orders and customer service
- Directing and optimizing order cycle
- Communicating / Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and end users
- Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs etc.
- Ensuring products comply with appropriate laws and regulations
- Answering general queries by telephone or by email
- F.5 graduates
- Diploma holder is preferable
- At least 2 years prior experience in logistics field is preferred
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Internet based research
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:30am-5:30pm)
- Office location : Hunghom
